If you are a solar rebate customer, once you've accepted your quote, we will send it to Solar Victoria and guide you on how to start your solar rebate application.

Rebate Application

Solar Victoria will notify us when your rebate application is approved. We will then contact you to book your solar panel installation date to get started.

Installation & Payment

We will email you the invoice after the installation of your solar system, and after receiving full payment, we will arrange for your compliance inspection.

Compliance Inspection

We will organise an external Licensed Electrical Inspector from Energy Safe Victoria to carry out an inspection and our system will be certified after this.

Solar Grid Connection

On completion of your inspection, we will receive a Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES). We will send your grid connection application to your electricity retailer.

The amount of electricity you generate depends on the size of system, which way it is facing, whether there is any shade and the local climatic conditions.
You will only be paid for electricity that you export to the grid and should check the tariff offered by your electricity retailer and compare it with others.
Solar panels are installed in a tilted form for one reason that they self clean in the rain. But, its still recommended that you clean your panels once a year.
Depending on your project size, we can have you up and running in around 2-3 weeks after the completion of paperwork and deposit.
Solar systems tend to work on cloudy days, as UV light is still coming through the clouds. Rain may impact the amount of energy they produce.

They did a fantastic job with the installation and showed us how to get the mobile app working and explained everything perfectly. They took all the packaging away so we didn’t need to dispose of anything and even vacuumed up after they finished and everything was installed very neatly. Considering the amount of work required on the roof, only two roof tiles broke but they replaced them with new ones and even left us a couple of spares. So professional we are very happy. We were stepped through the whole process and everything was done as we were advised. They even called our energy provider so we didn't have to follow up on anything ourselves. The installer who did the install cleaned up afterwards and took all the rubbish with him. So happy it was such an awesome experience to have professional people sort it all out for us. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
