How do I update the password for my home Wi-Fi network?
First, you’ll need to connect your mobile device to a wireless network created by the Envoy. To turn on this network, enable the Envoy’s AP Mode (AP stands for “Access Point”).
If the Envoy looks like this, briefly press the AP Mode button on the face of the Envoy-S. The LED will turn green, indicating that the Envoy-S is in AP Mode.
Scroll down to the Monitoring section and tap the Wi-Fi row.
You’ll be prompted to enter the password for the Envoy, which is the last six digits of the Envoy’s 12-digit serial number. You can find the Envoy’s serial number either on the bottom or the back of the unit.
Next, tap the View Networks button, then select your home network from the list of available networks. Enter the password for your home network and tap the Connect button. The app will confirm that you’ve successfully connected to your home network and the monitoring section on your Envoy home screen will look like this:
